Own technical onboarding, implementation, and ongoing health of enterprise accounts on a low-code logistics platform. Act as solution architect, troubleshoot tier 1/2 issues, configure systems, run QBRs with executives, build documentation and playbooks, and drive retention by advocating customer needs to Product and Sales.

The Frontend Engineer will develop scalable web applications, implement new features, maintain code, and collaborate with teams to enhance user experience.

Investigate and resolve technical issues, maintain knowledge base, analyze logs, develop debugging scripts, and collaborate with various teams.

Lead customer success efforts to move clients from POC to full rollout: conduct discovery and process mapping, coordinate POC and onboarding, align and track KPIs, support contract conversion, and communicate with stakeholders. Collaborate with sales, technical, and support teams and travel to US customer sites for onboarding and launches.
