QualificationsShould be able to create the architecture for complex Pega based IT Solution and obtain buy-in from customer organization on that
Provide guidance to the team on overall technology solution
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting & Client negotiation skills.
