Job Description

  • Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) is responsible for implementing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.
  • Provides guidance to team members developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega.
  • Requires Pega Senior Systems Architect Certification and 8 to 10+ years of experience as a Certified Senior Systems Architect creating complex designs, developing reusable functions, successful user interfaces, and complex reporting and integration solutions for Pega multi-process applications.
  • Demonstrates strong design skills and deep knowledge of Pega application design concepts, case design principles, and development best practices.
  • Maintains a track record of successful Pega application implementations.
  • Holds a strong understanding of system architecture and administration concepts.
  • Possesses strong design and implementation skills in an Agile development environment.
  • Works as a team member in a multi-disciplinary and dynamic team.
  • Fulfills functional service delivery roles including Team Leader, Content or Domain Expert, Senior Domain/Module Consultant, and Lead Business or Systems Analyst.
  • Leads or supports the analysis, design, development, and implementation of systems and software, as well as the completion of other project work streams and deliverables.
  • May also lead project modules or work activities as appropriate and can formulate solutions to defined or specific business or technical issues.
  • Leverages a deep understanding of Pega Platform including application debugging tools and features.
  • Possesses experience in enforcing Pega best practices and guardrails across the team members.
  • Brings experience in analyzing the performance of the application using Alerts, logs, advanced SMA, etc.
  • Offers experience in PRPC integration services, implementing Rule Utility Functions, and reporting rule types.
  • Well-versed with the implementation of Agents, SLAs, Flows, and portals.
  • Possesses good knowledge of product creations, ruleset management, and deployments to higher environments.
  • Implements a wide array of functionality from the creation of high-quality user experiences to the development of complex case management requirements.
  • Leverages deep knowledge of class structure design to create reusable application functions and features.
  • Applies Pega application design concepts, case design principles, and best practices on projects.
  • Analyzes requirements, develops application designs, and constructs the components of Pega multi-process applications.
