Job Description
- Location- Noida / Chennai
- Experience- 8 - 10 years
- Certification - Must be LSA Part 1 or above certified
Responsibilities
- Must be capable to provide inputs in proposal of development
- Should be able to give the proposal of application performance improvement and able to implement
- Must have at least 8 years of Pega experience
- Should be able to do the estimation of large scale program
- Must be capable in design and development of PEGA applications
- Must collaborate with business stakeholders/customer to understand requirements and develop solutions
- Must Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to PEGA best practices
- Must provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Pega developers and Tech Leads
- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Continuously explore new Pega features, tools, and technologies to enhance solution delivery.
- Lead the PEGA upgrade programs
- Lead the configurations and deployments
- Contribute to the internal capability-building
Qualifications
B.E./ B.Tech or MCA
