Description

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Pega Developer - Immediate Joiner

As a Pega Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing Pega applications to meet business needs. This position requires an individual who is proficient in Pega technologies and can quickly adapt to new challenges within a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance workflow and user experience.

Location: Noida, Gurgaon

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Pega solutions based on business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical design.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Pega applications for performance and functionality.

Document all technical processes and maintain up-to-date project documentation.

Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Pega best practices.

Requirements

Work Experience in This Field

  • Minimum Required: 4+ years of experience in Pega Development

English Proficiency

  • Preferred: Fluent

Required Education

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

Other Critical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC and Pega BPM: Advanced
  • Experience in Pega User Experience (UX) Framework: Intermediate
  • Familiarity with Java, SQL, and other related technologies: Intermediate
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.

Software / Tool Skills:

  • Pega (latest version): Advanced (4+ years)
  • SQL databases: Intermediate (3-5 years)
  • DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.): Intermediate (3-5 years)
