Job DescriptionExperience: 4 to 7 Years
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Pega technology, providing technical guidance and best practices to development teams
- Design and architect Pega solutions including class structures, application frameworks, data models, and security policies
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in application structure, integration, and deployment
- Gather requirements and collaborate with clients and stakeholders through meetings, interviews, and workshops to design and implement new features
- Develop, test, and deploy Pega applications, including integration with SOAP, JMS, File Listener, and Email Listener
- Mentor and support Pega developers while sharing knowledge to advance team capabilities and industry best practices
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, including identifying workarounds and escalation paths
- Participate in QA testing activities including task-level, end-to-end process, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Maintain project documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to clients throughout engagements
- Ensure technical deliverables are complete, consistent, high-quality, and delivered on schedule
Must be PEGA CSSA Certified
