Job Description
Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years
- The candidate must have minimum 8+ Years PEGA experience.
- The candidate must be LSA Part 1 certified.
- Candidate must be competent in application development, architecting and designing Pega based BPM/CRM/Marketing solutions for large programs
- Facilitate DCO sessions along with LBA, Coordinate with Product Owner and stakeholders to create backlog
- Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to Pega terminologies
- Experience with process methodology, development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Iterative) strongly preferred.
- Guide development team and business to ensure optimum solutions for business and system requirements
- Extensive knowledge of PEGA PRPC V8.X architecture
- The candidate should have very good hands-on experience in PEGA integration rules like REST, SOAP, MY Sql, JMS, etc.
- The candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with all the PEGA rule types.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
