Make a meaningful impact providing 1:1 care to pediatric clients in their homes. Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support pediatric clients throughout the Camden, NJ area. These private duty roles offer the opportunity to provide attentive, developmentally appropriate skilled care to children with varying medical needs in a supportive home environment.
We are hiring for day, evening, and overnight shifts, with flexible scheduling across multiple cases.
Key ResponsibilitiesIndividualized pediatric care — Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing
Clinical monitoring & documentation — Observe, record, and communicate changes in condition
Family‑centered support — Partner with families to promote comfort and stability
Home safety — Maintain infection control and ensure proper equipment use
LPN: $40/hr
Available ShiftsDay shifts
Evening shifts
Overnight shifts Flexible scheduling across multiple pediatric cases.
Active New Jersey LPN License
Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
Current BLS Certification
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license preferred
Physical exam within 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption

Skills Required
- Active New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months

- Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
- Pediatric experience in home care or a facility
- Valid driver's license
