Schedule: 24/7 Coverage Available | 7 Days a Week
Shifts: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM or 8:00 PM–8:00 AM
Compensation: RN: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
LPN: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

NurseCore is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN or RN to provide one-on-one, in-home nursing care for a 6-year-old female with specialized medical needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced with G-tube management, and comfortable working day and/or overnight shifts while providing exceptional pediatric care in the home.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home
- Administer G-tube feedings, flushes, and medications
- Assist with safe transfers and mobility (client is wheelchair-bound and a fall risk)
- Monitor the client's condition and provide ongoing support throughout the shift
- Accurately document patient care and communicate changes in the client's condition to the appropriate care team
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Florida LPN or RN license
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a supervised setting within the past three (3) years
- Successful completion of required skills assessments, including specialty areas as applicable
- Current CPR certification
- Valid AHCA Level 2 Background Screening (or ability to obtain)
- Negative TB screening
- Pediatric and/or home health experience preferred
- Experience with G-tube care and mobility assistance preferred
- Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
- Must meet all applicable state and federal regulations
💰 $400 Sign-On Bonus
Receive a $400 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days of employment when you consistently work 32–40 hours per week.
