To strengthen our presence in Germany, we are looking for a Pedagogical Consultant to help schools, municipalities, and educational institutions move forward on their digital journey.

About the Position

As a pedagogical consultant, you combine hands‑on pedagogical consulting, training and onboarding delivery with a strong commercial mindset, actively supporting new business, expansion, and long‑term customer success. You act as a trusted pedagogical advisor and a visible ambassador for itslearning in Germany, as well as a commercial enabler working closely with Sales and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering high quality pedagogical consulting, onboarding, and training for new and existing customers in Germany
  • Leading customer onboardings from a pedagogical perspective, ensuring fast time to value and strong adoption
  • Designing and delivering engaging trainings (onsite and online) tailored to customer needs and maturity
  • Building strong, trusted relationships across multiple customer stakeholders (teachers, school leadership, administrators)
  • Acting as a pedagogical sparring partner for complex or high-profile customer engagements
  • Develop exemplary courses, use cases, and pedagogical best practice scenarios within itslearning
  • Contributing to pedagogical documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge sharing
  • Actively supporting sales and pre-sales activities in Germany, including demos, pilots, tenders, workshops, and events
  • Identifying expansion and upsell opportunities linked to pedagogy, onboarding quality, and usage maturity
  • Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development to support pipeline growth
  • Representing itslearning at customer events, conferences, and trade shows in Germany
  • Providing market feedback and customer insights to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams 

Formal Requirements

  • Background as a teacher, school leader, educational consultant, or similar educational professional
  • Strong understanding of digital learning platforms and modern pedagogical approaches
  • Experience delivering trainings, workshops, or consulting in an educational context
  • German on a native level, spoken as well as written
  • Master English on a professional level
  • Commercial mindset and willingness to engage in revenue related discussions
