Job Description
As a PDS Supervisor Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and supervise projects from inception to completion, ensuring flawless execution and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure success.
- Communicate effectively with collaborators, providing regular updates on project status and achievements.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and shared goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, strictly adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in project management, ideally within the R&D sector.
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to encourage and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with collaborators.
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as science, engineering, or business management.
- Proficient in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
