The PDM Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance for the Aras Innovator platform.  Duties include providing support and training for end users, troubleshooting errors and documenting solutions using the IT ticketing system. The technician will also assist with system customization and development using Aras configuration as well as C# and JavaScript. 

Responsibilities

Aras Innovator System Support:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for the Aras Innovator platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with C# and JavaScript Methods.
  • Assist with system migrations, upgrades, testing, and other tasks as needed. 
  • Act as a point of contact between end-users and system administrators 

User Communications, Training, and Documentation:

  • Notify end users and management of system downtime, updates, and feature implementations
  • Develop and provide user training on Aras Innovator functionalities, workflows, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation as needed
Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience with the Aras Innovator platform.
  • Programming proficiency in C#,  JavaScript, and SQL 
  • Familiarity with IT Ticketing systems for issue tracking and documentation.
