Key Responsibilities
- Drives yield breakthroughs by understanding the comprehensive test flow across steps, process conditions, product design/operation and propose an effective solution for yield versus reliability requirements.
- Collaborate with multi-functional team to build frontiers in the areas of yield improvement by demonstrating the knowledge of test flow, bench characterization, MEOL and BEOL processes and technologies.
- Strong collaboration with Process, Equipment, Quality and Test Engineering to develop best in class process, BKMs and achieve MLY projection.
- Maintain and improve knowledge and technical expertise, explore innovation opportunities with critical thinking and detailed approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Expertise in yield monitoring, root cause analysis, and defect characterization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements.
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Controls and 8D investigation procedures.
- Basic programming skills are a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in process integration of PWF and Assembly Line
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing yield.
- Focus on process optimization and efficiency improvement.
