Responsible for wet etching processes or lithography process steps, including development, maintenance, and optimization.
Troubleshoots wafer fabrication issues and performs root cause analysis.
Works closely with other process modules to understand, monitor, and control process deviations.
Long‑term investigation of defect issues may require extensive collaboration with shift engineers and other functional teams.
Evaluates products to ensure they meet design and performance specifications.
Conducts research to assess process adjustment requirements and recommends process improvements or equipment changes necessary for efficient manufacturing of new products or part types.
