As Process and Systems Engineer/Senior Engineer under PDE-MCT Manufacturing Standardization and Traceability Engineering at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be part of the team working on enabling and driving Standardization and Traceability programs in Assembly Backend Operations. In this role, you will be tasked to lead projects and drive network alignment to enable/improve key processes and system capabilities. You be working with various groups across different organization and site team in Network meetings to drive and fanout BKMs and improve overall Traceability Systems across the different manufacturing sites. In this role you will also be developing and sustaining Lot Traveler and Labeling systems as part of the enabling of new MES systems.
Job Responsibilities and Task

Collaborate with various PDE teams, A/T (Assembly and Test) Sites, Central Teams and other functional areas in developing and improving business processes.

Participate in cross-functional enabling projects and initiatives that support introducing and developing new systems/process.

Review Traceability systems, develop reports and initiate/lead improvement projects as part of data quality initiatives.

Collaborate with key functional teams to review requirements, develop and manage MES systems like Bartender Designer and related application needed for Printing Lot Travelers and Manufacturing Labels.

Utilize tools for Project Management to plan, scope out, communicate and execute project objectives and deliverables.
Participate in cross-functional enabling projects and initiatives that support introducing and developing new systems/process
Requirements:

Master’s Degree/ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Minimum 3 years working experience with strong understanding of backend assembly processes/ operations or related manufacturing environment.

Strong Project / Program management skills and knowledge of basic Task management Tools (e.g., Jira, Azure TFS).

Experience in Lot Traveler / Label Design Related Software like Bartender Designer

Knowledge in report data query tools like SQL (MSSQL, Snowflake, GCP/Big Query), VB Scripts, Data Virtualization (TDV), Macro, Python, Perl

Experience on data visualization tools and reports like Tableau, PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire

Proficiency in Productivity applications like Office - Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint, Confluence and Statistical Tools - JMP

Possess sound methodology for organizing work, decision-making and setting priorities.

Good knowledge of data analysis and analytical problem solving

Good team player with good communication and leadership skills, be able to work with multicultural environment.

Self-motivated, having good initiative and able to work under minimum supervision.
