To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a PCBA Process Engineer located in Aguascalientes.

Reporting to the PCBA Process Engineer, the role involves Plans Generate loading lists, enter meetings with clients, support the creation of new NPI models, follow-up on the provision of attrition SMT machines, ensure the quality of the projects in charge.

What a typical day looks like:

• Generate pick and place Programming for Siplace and Panasonic machines.
• Corrective and Preventive actions & support to Pick and Place programming.
• Generate Pick & Place setup list and ROMA files.
• Administrate Projects (ECO, programming PnP Performance, Optimization, new models)
• CFT support (Meeting, Quality actions, Client requirements).
• Debug NPI Pick &Place programs.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• English advance level.
• Electronics, System, Mechatronics Engineer.
• Advance Knowledge on programming languages (Panasonic / Siplace).
• Electronic knowledge.
• Advance Knowledge CAD, Gerber, BOMs
• Interpretation of Datasheet components.
• Previous experience as same position.
• Resolve technical problems under pression.
• Advance Excel knowledge.
• Experience with Measurement instruments.
