· Purpose of Position: - This position is responsible to ensure on time delivery of products to customers with desired quality and operational efficiency. He/She needs to do proper planning of processes
· Qualification Required : - Diploma / BE - Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics or B Sc Chemistry
· Skill Set Required :- MIS reports , Computer proficiency- MS Office & ERP knowledge, Fundamentals of production planning, Basics of lean manufacturing, ISO-production planning system basic knowledge, Manpower management, Material Management

Job Responsibilities
ü Monitor production planning activities within the organization.
ü Review daily planning of work centre output , utility and manpower management
ü Ensure delivery performance by daily monitoring of Engineering ,Production work Centre output, shift planning, work order priority and planning
ü Handle grievances related to customer delivery concerns and report to group leader about unresolved issues
ü Notify Technical Sales Support Team regarding planning deviation or any other production related technical concerns
ü Ensure shift planning to achieve desire operational efficiency without compromising on customer delivery performance
ü Coordination with logistic partners for physical collection and connection of shipments
ü Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.
Skills Required
- Diploma or BE in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or BSc Chemistry
- 3–5 years of professional experience
- Production planning experience
- PCB manufacturing process knowledge
- Customization product industry experience
- MIS reporting and computer proficiency
- MS Office and ERP knowledge
- Fundamentals of production planning
- Basic lean manufacturing knowledge
- Basic ISO production planning system knowledge
- Manpower and material management skills
