What you'll do
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to understand and refine PCB design requirements.
- Create and maintain component libraries.
- Design and layout PCBs using industry-standard tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro & Siemens Xpedition/PADS.
- Generate manufacturing files, such as ODB++ files.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design issues, ensuring the highest quality and performance standards.
What you'll need to get the job done
- College Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic experience with PCB design tools.
- A strong understanding of PCB design principles and electrical components.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the PCB design field.
What will make us REALLY love you
- 2+ years of experience in PCB design, including internships or academic projects.
- Familiarity with signal integrity analysis and high-speed design.
