Ensures electronics manufacturing products, processes, and services meet quality, regulatory, and customer requirements. Responsibilities include developing quality procedures, conducting audits and MRB activities, investigating non-conformances and complaints, managing CAPA, analyzing quality data, coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation, supporting ISO and IPC compliance, training employees, and driving continuous improvement.

Drive integration and verification of 5G RAN features: define lab configurations, create test plans, design and run test cases, debug with software teams, perform root-cause analysis, document results, and support test automation.

Develop and maintain ARM-based embedded Linux Board Support Packages for automotive platforms. Responsibilities include bootloader and secure boot development, Linux kernel and driver work, device trees, board bring-up, Yocto-based builds, hardware integration, diagnostics, update reliability, and production deployment. The role requires troubleshooting across software and hardware boundaries and developing Python or shell automation while collaborating with engineering, testing, manufacturing, and systems teams.

Operate, configure, troubleshoot, and improve a shared test and verification lab network. Support Fortinet and Ciena infrastructure, IP/MPLS connectivity, routing, switching, firewalls, VLANs, DHCP, monitoring, virtualization, incident response, change management, network turn-ups, cabling, documentation, and automation. Collaborate with network, RF, systems, virtualization, testing, and lab operations teams to maintain reliable engineering environments.

Lead the design and development of near-real-time control software for energy storage systems. Responsibilities include developing control algorithms, communication drivers, and EMS subsystems; optimizing Linux and hardware interactions; modeling and simulation; system testing and troubleshooting; technical documentation; roadmap guidance; stakeholder collaboration; and mentoring software engineers. The role requires expertise in C/C++, embedded Linux or RTOS, industrial protocols, control systems, power electronics, battery management, and utility-scale energy systems.

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software products within the Android ecosystem, guiding junior developers and ensuring best practices in an Agile environment.

Develop, test, and maintain embedded C++ software and Qt-based graphical interfaces for mission-critical systems. Integrate and debug applications on Linux platforms, collaborate with software, systems, test, and integration teams, troubleshoot UI and communication issues, participate in design and code reviews, support system validation and deployment, and maintain technical documentation.
