WHO WE WANT?
MPS is seeking a highly self-motivated engineer with strong knowledge in PCB design and power electronics. This person will work in supporting to develop PCB for different applications from ihgh power to automotive. The engineer will collaborate with different application engineers to provide efficient, compact and EMC compliance PCB design.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop and design Printed circuit board (PCB) for different power solutions from high power to automotive customer
- Manage schematic components, 3D models and footprints libraries
- Work with application engineer to meet power density, cost, and EMC requirement
- Work with simulation team in improving parasitic components of PCB design.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS in related engineering field (MS preferred)
- Solid understanding and experience in PCB design
- Experience Altium and OrCAD schematic and PCB design up to 12 layers
- Oral / written proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
