The Opportunity
As a Technology Analyst, you collaborate with internal departments like People & Culture and Group IT, as well as external P&C system vendors, to address the HR technology requirements of the organization effectively. You entail supporting and maintaining P&C technology solutions (Workday HCM) and interfaced systems, serving as a technical and functional liaison for P&C users and associated business units, and contribute to developing new functionality requests and enhancements in collaboration with other technology teams.
Provides support for Workday HCM modules, focusing on helping users with day-to-day tasks.
Assists with basic tasks like investigating functionality, gathering user requirements, configuration, and testing new features.
Helps with minor enhancements and configuration changes as needed.
Assists with system administration tasks such as user account management and basic system monitoring.
Provides troubleshooting support for system-related issues.
Assists with identifying and resolving technical problems to keep operations running smoothly.
Helps ensure compliance with relevant regulations by following established guidelines and documenting procedures.
Who you are
We seek an individual with 2+ years of Workday experience (preferred in HCM)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential. Additional languages are a plus, based on region/customer requirements
