Job Title: PC Technician - Temporary ( 6 months)
Shift: Day (Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Reports to: Production Operations Manager, EMEA
Location: Kirchheim, Bei München (DE)
JOB SUMMARY
The PC Technician I will be responsible for building personal gaming computers for our customers to meet our growing demand in the PC gaming industry. You will have an opportunity to work independently as well as collaboratively on a team to ensure our PCs are built with quality to NZXT standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble PC gaming computers
- Has a quota of 7 builds per day
- Troubleshoot and repair computers
- Install software and test parts
- Assist with on-time delivery with Priority/Blitz builds
- Have excellent time management
- Maintain communication with leads and supervisors
- Be able to adapt to changing environments
- Work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Clean equipment, parts, or tools to maintain them in good working order
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of computer hardware and softwareExperience with Microsoft Office
- Written and Verbal Communication
- Time management
- Able to stand for long periods
- Able to lift to 50 pounds
