Job Responsibilities:
Role Summary
To support our Group Office, we are looking for an intern/working student/bachelor's or master's candidate with a strong IT affinity (m/f/d) to join our Purchasing department as soon as possible.
Main Responsibilities
- Support in building power platform solutions e.g., Power BI, PowerApps
(experience with Power Apps is advantage) - Contribute to the further development of purchasing and analytical tools
- Assist in preparing tenders and contract negotiations
- Collaborate closely with adjacent departments (HR, Finance, Operations, etc.)
- Perform administrative tasks, internal and external communication
Key Qualifications / Requirements
- Enrolled in at least the 3rd semester of a business or science-related degree program
- Strong commercial or IT understanding (first internships in a commercial environment desirable)
- High IT affinity and proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel; Power BI is an advantage)
- High level of commitment, flexibility, strong communication and teamwork skills
- Independent and structured working style
- Fluency in English
- Availability for at least 20 working hours per week (or more)
- Willingness and availability to commit for a minimum of 6 months
