This is the perfect role for you if you enjoy a broad HR role. You will be the first-line source of information for the business about various HR-related topics. 

 

What you'll do:

As P&C Operations Specialist you will:

  • Address and resolve employee inquiries, concerns, and requests related to HR policies, benefits, leave management, and other HR-related matters;
  • Ensure data quality and complete appropriate audit procedures in accordance with Risk & Compliance controls;
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support and resolve local issues in order to ensure efficient HR processes;
  • Responsible for preparing and analyzing compensation reports to support decision-making and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Prepare and coordinate actions/ mutations related to Payroll change reports and reviews within pre-agreed timelines;
  • Maintain up-to-date processes, procedures, and documents aligned with SOP’s and Dutch employment law & legislation;
  • Reviewing HR processes and suggesting changes to improve efficiency and scalability.

What you bring:

  • Experience in a broad HR role (2-3 years);
  • Knowledge of the Dutch employment law & regulations and experience implementing HR procedures and policies is required;
  • Experience working with HRIS, such as Workday is a plus;
  • You consider yourself tech-savvy and innovative, you always looking for new ways to work smarter and more efficient;
  • Must possess strong proficiency in Excel, demonstrating the ability to effectively analyze data, create complex formulas, and generate insightful reports.
  • Fluency in the English Language (Fluency in Dutch would be beneficial).

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment: You can deal with interruptions, multiple priorities and changing needs;
  • Strong with numbers: as you will review the monthly payroll changes, set up compensation letters and process benefit changes, this career involves a great deal of quantitative analysis;
  • Diligence and confidentiality: Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity;
  • Strong communication: must be able to communicate effectively with employees and management and be comfortable presenting programs to employee groups.
