Essential Functions:
- PC/Network Support:
- Configures and installs hardware or software that supports critical business needs.
- Involved in the installation and rollout of new software packages, upgrades, and new desktop hardware.
- Sets up and connects to peripheral equipment, including printers and scanners, and troubleshoots and resolves malfunctions.
- Receives and addresses service requests from individual end users or from the help desk.
- Maintains inventory of parts or components, tracks progress of service requests and updates ticketing systems, and logs repairs and services performed.
- Support the Bank's employee user community.
- Respond to trouble calls from Computer Operations, Technical Support, and the user community for PC’s and the Network.
- Evaluate and test personal computer and network software products.
- Install applications software at the workstation level.
- Instruct non-technical users on the use of software products.
- Determine user requirements and operational needs for PC/Network applications.
- Support remote connectivity (ie: VPN and MFA support).
- Create and maintain desktop and laptop images.
- Support mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads, etc.
- Support active directory including troubleshooting and resolving user and access rights issues.
- Non-Essential Functions:
- Perform special projects as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A combination of education and experience equivalent to an associate degree and knowledge typically gained through a minimum of one year of PC support experience.
- Valid Driver's License required
- Comp TIA Network + certification preferred.
- Knowledge of banking software applications and functionality.
- Knowledge of bank network including local area network, phone lines, VPN access, connections and services.
- Skills operating a personal computer including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Skills troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist and turn. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. Work environment is indoors/outdoor with a majority of time being spent inside.
Compensation:
The hiring range for this position is $27.85-$37.25 per hour. The compensation offered will fall within this range, commensurate with the candidate’s applicable experience, education, and skills.

Skills Required
