YOUR ROLE
As the PC&L Manager on our team, you will optimize raw material procurement and production scheduling in SAP.
In your daily job you will:
- Production Scheduling: Efficiently schedule production using appropriate SAP transactions. Manage delivery routes correctly and according to schedules.
- Inventory Control: Meet inventory goals by analyzing customer requirements and using SAP software, as well as using timely signals to our suppliers to meet objectives without jeopardizing production.
- Personnel Management: Manage and efficiently train staff to meet established objectives.
- Safety Focus: Meet safety objectives by applying accident prevention techniques.
- Comply with Budget: Achieve budget objectives through the effective management of assigned resources.
- Implement Improvement Projects: Implement improvement and cost reduction projects through CIIM (Inventory Management), in all matters related to Production, Inventory (Excess), Part Number Changes (Material), etc.
- Any other work activity related to your position.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Engineering or related
- 5-10 years of experience in PC&L
- Experience in the automotive industry (required)
- Advanced English level
- Personal management
- APICS certification (preferred)
- MS Office
