Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities
Develop effective forecast models based on industry trend and demand patterns.
Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
Manage demand forecast accuracy.
Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
Successfully communicate forecast to stakeholders.
Conduct SnOP process.
Drive discussion with business partners to get additional information on the business strategy.
Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
Experience & Qualification
Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
Forecasting experience (trend and demand)
Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong end to end business understanding
