ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Process incoming calls, obtains necessary information to transfer calls to department, personnel and/or extension.
Provides administrative support to call center department by distributing information, documents, and other materials as needed.
Correspond with our customers through inbound or outbound calls
Other duties as assigned
Meet quality and performance standards
Maintain confidentiality of bank record and documents
SKILLS
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to navigate easily on basic computer functions
Good customers service orientation skills.
Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction
Flexible to work schedule
Bilingual in English and Spanish
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school Diploma or equivalent
6 months in an office environment with some receptionist experience desired
