We’re looking for a PBE Technical Specialist to join our team—a dynamic expert who will provide hands-on support in promoting, selling, and training others on the latest PBE (Paint, Body, and Equipment) products and technologies. In this role, you’ll not only help customers achieve outstanding results, but you’ll also play a key part in growing our business and building strong partnerships across the collision repair industry.
What You’ll Do:✅ Be the go-to technical expert—support sales efforts and help achieve PBE division goals through technical guidance and solutions.
✅ Build and grow lasting relationships with collision center accounts; introduce innovative products, services, and equipment to help them succeed.
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service—resolve concerns, provide timely solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
✅ Share your knowledge! Train store employees and customers on PBE products, equipment, and best practices. Stay ahead of trends with continuing education from APH and top manufacturers.
✅ Help stores meet their PBE goals—ensure proper product inventory controls and provide on-site support as needed.
A 2-year degree or certification in paint and auto body from a recognized institution.
5+ years of hands-on experience in the paint and auto body field, with expertise in PBE techniques, equipment, and products.
Certified in Collision Painting and Refinishing.
A track record of success in PBE customer service, sales, and technical support.
Experience training and mentoring others in the PBE space.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and account management software.
Strong communication skills—you can connect with customers, vendors, and team members at all levels.
