Your key responsibilities:
The Business Analyst supports the Project Manager and the entire squad in preparing and delivering requirements, specifics and other information or data. The job of the BA is essential in delivering high-end products and in supporting the squad in having all documentation detailed and well prepared.
Scope the system / regulation / policy / process: Work closely together with the Product Owner and other squad members, to ensure right granularity of requirements specification on an epic / story level
Formalize the business requirements (Confluence Project Page and JIRA user stories): document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions (As-Is and Target workflows), use cases, scenarios.
Formalize the test plan and the detailed test cases, approved by the stakeholders.
Participate and support UAT leading to sign off.
Update the Business operational procedures and ensure the business readiness, which includes users training and handover to BAU teams (both operational and IT)
Ensure post go live follow up with all relevant Business and IT Teams
Ensure the good relationship and maintain strong momentum from all contributors
Report on the progresses, risks and issues. Escalate to the product owner on a timely manner
As part of innovation, to drive and improve front to back operational efficiencies and employee productivity through platform and process improvement initiatives
Build expertise in a few areas and share this acquired knowledge across the Team.
Proactively Identify risks / issues that might affect squad’s overall health
Your skills and experience:
5+ years of experience in project roles within Banking and Financial Services
Strong analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application functional and operational requirements
Good understanding of Finance & Technology, and an ability to understand and work with Development and Architecture teams
Working knowledge of the Private Banking domain or Client Onboarding and KYC Topics
Excellent interpersonal skills: good negotiation and conflicts management, able to build momentum and define consensus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of colleauges, managers, and subject matter experts.
Structured, organized and results-oriented approach, demonstrating a high level of diligence and attention to detail and the ability to ensure high quality and consistency in the deliverables produced
Ability to manage relationships with business stakeholders, COO Office, Business Integrity & Control Functions, along with IT teams
Ability to multi-task, be flexible and allocate time according to moving priorities.
Knowledge of agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, ...) and tools (Jira or Confluence)
University degree or equivalent, preferably with a degree in information technology or Business
