The Transformation Senior Consultant is primarily responsible for the efficient execution of assigned project activities and the preparation of client deliverables. The Senior Consultant provides support for Senior Project Team members and works with peer client groups towards the successful completion of deliverables. This position requires individuals with transformation-oriented industry and/or consulting experience who possess excellent oral and written communication capabilities, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
Sales & Revenue: Business Development, Client Relationship Management- Provide sales/opportunity support as an SME
- Identify expansion/extension sales opportunities in current client engagements and discuss with project engagement lead/practice lead
- Establish personal credibility at assigned clients
- Demonstrate clear and effective judgment and decision making
- Effectively communicate (written and verbal) with clients and project teams
- Create quality work products and deliverables
- Understand THG product and service offerings across Transformation (HR and Finance Transformation, Payroll support, and optimization)
- Develop and contribute to Practice's Best Practice Repository
- Support development of white papers, case studies, blogs, other online content, etc.
- Develop and maintain the practice, client, and inter-company relationships
- Gain awareness of complete portfolio of Hackett Service
- Constant deepening of skillset in assigned practice area through training and other learning opportunities
- Work towards becoming a SME; recognized internally for knowledge and expertise in the assigned practice area.
- Support recruitment of new talent through personal network
- Actively participate in PMP process (goal setting, project reviews, etc.)
