Payroll Tax Analyst

The Payroll Tax Analyst supports the strategic and analytical work necessary to process and manage all corporate tax, employment tax across Kraft Heinz North America Region (USA and Canada) Human Resources Payroll (HR Payroll Tax).
What's on the menu?
Payroll Tax and Tax Compliance:
- Responsible for the multi-state payroll tax processing which includes, federal, province/state, Corporate Employee Tax (Corporate Tax) and local payroll tax compliance supporting employees and HR payroll tax processing (and compliance)
- Maintaining accurate records on employee tax data, preparing various payroll tax returns, and other payroll tax related functions.
- Administration of account reconciliations, reviewing journal entries, funding reconciliation and key indicator monitoring.
- Liaison with Federal, State and local agencies for audits and inquires.
- Run post Payroll reposts and review including research tax related issues.
- Review, audit and manage internal HRIS System Access (Dayforce, Kronos & Service Now)
- Provide support to deliver compliance requirements for the US & Canada (incl. audits, filings, trainings, etc.) cross-functionally and with external auditors

- I have experience in employment tax process, and/or tax regulatory/compliance, a focus on North America (USA and Canada) Corporate Tax would be a plus!
- I have a bachelor's degree or college degree (in payroll, accounting, or finance preferred)
- I have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data
- I am a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
- I have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data including computation of rates, ratios, percentages, averages and reconciliation.

Base Salary: 75,000K - 85,000K
Bonus Annual: 20%

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$75,400.00 - $94,200.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
