What you’ll own
Deliver accurate, on time payroll tax filings across U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions, ensuring full compliance and reducing business risk.
Drive reconciliation of payroll tax data to financial records, identifying and resolving variances to maintain accuracy and confidence.
Strengthen data integrity by auditing payroll systems, analyzing trends and improving the quality of tax reporting.
Own payroll tax configurations, including tax codes and State Unemployment Insurance rates, to ensure precision and consistency.
Resolve complex tax inquiries and turn regulatory changes into clear actions that keep processes compliant and effective.
What you’ll bring
At least 2 years of experience in multi-state payroll tax analysis or administration with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
A degree or equivalent experience in finance, business or a related field with strong analytical foundations.
Working knowledge of federal, state and local payroll tax regulations and how they apply in practice.
Experience using payroll systems, human resources information systems and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data.
A detail driven, ownership mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
