Job Summary –

The Payroll Support - PM lead projects in finances area and coordinate work of multiple project team members responsible for all stages of the project including planning, requirements gathering, development, testing and go-live for payroll related projects. Ensure timely escalation of critical risks and issues.  Provide input to Program Manager and perform regular updates to the project plan and weekly status reporting. Validate SIT (System Integration Testing) /UAT (User Acceptance Test) Plan Schedule and being responsible for Testing activities if applicable. Initiate Change Request with Program Manager.  Manage Project Up/Down Communication

Years of experience needed – 2- 4 yrs

Technical Skills:

• Project & personnel management
• Excellent understanding of payroll principles and systems (ADP GV).
• Knowledge of time tracking systems (Workday)
• Mailbox monitoring
• Monitor Payroll Cycles
• Answer tickets on customer response center and attend escalations.
• Excellent collaboration & teamwork skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Excel & Power BI – Advanced.

Certifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field

Hybrid position

$35,000 Pesos per month.
