The Role

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and leadership skills to join the company’s Accounting and Finance Department. Charger logistics invests time and support into its employees to provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up. We are entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and support individual idea and strategies. We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based at our San Pedro Sula office.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation of remittance and payroll reporting.
  • SUA/ IDSE register.
  • Assist and answer payroll related queries from employees.
  • Prepare monthly statutory remittances (eg.WCB filings, source deductions, garnishments, RRSP etc).
  • Ensure processing of appropriate deductions, remittance and reporting requirements for deductions and benefits as required by legislation.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to increase visibility and drive targeted traffic to websites.
  • Process required paperwork for all new hires, benefit changes, terminations, and ROEs.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics to track performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Managing multi-country payroll.

Requirements
  • Fluent English is a must
  • +2 years of payroll administration experience. Excellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities with strong communication and influencing skills. Workday
  • integration experience (preferred) Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills – ability to multi-task, plan, organize and prioritize work.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Payroll Softwares.
  • Ability to prepare tax return reports and present findings.
