You are a Payroll Support Consultant

The work:

  • Manage the account delivery of the Oracle Payroll Consultant

  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, managing project budgets and providing expert guidance to project teams

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders

  • Requirements gathering for new projects and provide subsequent solution design, business process analysis, and system integration as well

  • Manage the account delivery of the Oracle Payroll

  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, managing project budgets and providing expert guidance to project teams

This role requires 2-3 days a week onsite in office

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders

  • Requirements gathering for new projects and provide subsequent solution design, business process analysis, and system integration as well

Here's what you need:

· A minimum of five years of experience with Oracle Payroll

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Bonus points if:

· Oracle Payroll certification

· You’re an ace at managing and delivering projects

· You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment

· You’ve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to: design business process, lead key configuration workshops, identify GAPs, identify RICEW, and design functionality and test plans, and perform testing

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, Maryland, New York, Washington or Washington D.C. as set forth below.
