A Day in the LifeThe Payroll Supervisor will lead day-to-day payroll operations within the Payroll Hub in Manila while supporting the ongoing payroll transformation and centralization journey. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll delivery across EurAsia markets, while driving process standardization, operational efficiency, and change adoption within the hub model.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Supervise payroll operations for assigned EurAsia countries to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing.

  • Lead and coach the Payroll Hub team, supporting capability building and operational excellence.

  • Support the transition of standard work to the Hub model by driving standardization, process harmonization, and improved controls.

  • Act as a change champion during payroll transformation initiatives, including process redesign, system enhancements, and operating model changes.

  • Partner with HR, Finance, Benefits, and external vendors to ensure smooth end-to-end payroll delivery.

  • Manage payroll escalations and resolve complex payroll issues across multiple markets.

  • Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory payroll requirements

  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work, and improve service delivery within the hub.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of team leadership or supervisory experience supporting multi-country payroll operations.

  • Experience working in a shared services or payroll hub environment is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and operational controls.

  • Proven ability to support change, process improvement, and transformation initiatives.

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
