- Oversee the entire payroll process for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and end-of-service payments.
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with Operations teams to validate attendance, leaves and shift schedules before payroll processing.
- Collaborate with Finance departments to ensure accurate data integration and alignment.
- Maintain updated employee records, including new hires, resignations, promotions, transfers, and contract updates in the payroll system.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide timely resolution of any discrepancies.
- Continuously monitor changes in payroll legislation and update internal policies accordingly.
- Recommend improvements to payroll processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing preferably in the retail.
- Experience with high-volume payroll environments across multiple locations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems.
- Solid understanding of local labor laws, taxation, and social insurance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
