As Recruitment Supervisor, the ideal candidate has strong experience in Payroll Operations and Calculations, Tax Calca and fast-paced environments. Preferably from education, retail, startup, or service industries.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration
- Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processes accurately and on schedule.
- Validate employee attendance, overtime, leave records, and payroll-related adjustments.
- Calculate payroll components including salary, allowances, deductions, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Tax & Compliance Management
- Handle employee payroll tax administration (PPh 21) and related payroll documentation.
- Support annual tax reporting and employee tax-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, payroll policies, and statutory requirements.
Payroll Reporting & Analysis
- Generate payroll reports, headcount reports, and compensation-related insights.
- Reconcile payroll data and identify discrepancies before payroll processing.
- Provide payroll-related analysis and recommendations when required.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with HR Operations, Finance, and Business Units regarding payroll matters.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to salary, tax, benefits, and payroll administration.
- Support payroll process improvement initiatives and HRIS implementation projects.
Background & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, or related HR functions.
- Experience handling payroll for medium-to-large organizations is preferred.
- Experience supporting 500–1,000+ employees will be an advantage.
