Responsibilities:- Process weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly payrolls—including adjustments, relocation expenses, taxable awards, gross up allowances, retroactive payments, severance, manual checks, vacation payouts, disability payments, etc.—for the U.S. and Canada
- Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and data integrity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll work instructions
- Enter garnishment orders and coordinate related payments with ADP
- Review and verify approvals and notifications related to new hires, rehires, transfers, and other employee changes in ADP Vantage
- Communicate payroll-related changes clearly to HR personnel
- Respond to verbal and written payroll inquiries, including questions on withholdings
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide backup coverage for payroll processing as needed
Direct experience with ADP Vantage or a similar payroll system in a comparably sized organization
A.S. degree in accounting or related business field
Strong computer and business software skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
Demonstrated familiarity with payroll administration and related functions
Ability to work comfortably in highly automated environments and support continuous process improvements
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
