Description
Digitain is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely payroll operations.
Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and consolidate attendance records, overtime requests, leave data, and related documentation
- Record bank statements in accounting software (AS)
- Ensure timely calculation and payment of salaries, as well as the preparation of individual salary reports
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to employee inquiries related to salaries, benefits, and tax matters
- Meet all reporting deadlines while ensuring the accuracy of data and compliance with the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor with the responsibilities of the position
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or other related fields
- At least two years of experience in a similar position (accounting or finance)
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia, and the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia
- Good Knowledge of English and Russian
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of Armenian software, particularly AS HRM, TaxService, and other related accounting softwares.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Keen attention to details
- Excellent communication skills

Skills Required

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (accounting or finance)
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia and the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia
- Good Knowledge of English and Russian

- Ability to work under pressure
