Job Description: Payroll Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated and accurate Payroll Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for numbers, a keen eye for detail and solid experience in the payroll field, then this position could be right for you.

Main Responsibilities:

• Secure accurate, timely and compliant payroll execution
• Monitor, update and run all processes regarding employee hires, exits and staff changes
• Monitor employee time attendance system so that data is depicted correctly (absence, overtime etc.)
• Deliver trainings for basic payroll matters (e.g. time attendance, routines etc.) to key stakeholders
• Maintain accurate payroll and employee files
• Secure compliance with all external authorities relevant to payroll function and act as point of contact for authorities and internal customers
• Prepare needed reports internally and/or externally
• Manage employee benefits from payroll side (e.g. employee staff discount plan & Incentive Program).
• Manage projects directed by the Payroll Manager and contribute to department goals achievement.

Requirements:

• Strong administrative and/or Human Resources generalist experience;
• Payroll processing experience which includes experience having the majority responsibility for payroll processing functions within an organization;
• Experience in using payroll, timekeeping and HR systems, HRB Solutions preferred;
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
• Detailed knowledge of payroll statutory requirements, including wage garnishment and wage attachment legal requirements;
•  Strong organizational and administrative skills required;
•  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• Proffesional English knowledge.
