<p><strong>OPPORTUNITY</strong></p>
<p>The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the bi-weekly payroll and related activities are prepared in a timely and accurate manner. This role will also support the HR function through administration and/or management of several HRIS or payroll related processes.</p>
<p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage payroll processes, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while maintaining accurate payroll records</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate processing of multi-state payroll for United States</li>
<li>Process approved manual checks when necessary for employees</li>
<li>Research and troubleshoot UKG system payroll issues</li>
<li>Prepare bi-weekly payroll journal entries and monthly T&amp;E journal entries for finance department</li>
<li>Remain current on statutory or regulatory laws related to payroll and taxes</li>
<li>Audit/Analyze/Improve the payroll process</li>
<li>Act as company time and attendance administrator</li>
<li>Possess working knowledge of company policies (as they relate to payroll and time &amp; attendance) and ensure they are followed</li>
<li>Support employees, managers and Human Resources team members on wage and hour laws, compliance, and internal &amp; external policy changes</li>
<li>Manage company offboarding process</li>
<li>Manage tuition reimbursement and employee referral payout processes</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>REPORTING STRUCTURE</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>This position reports to the Director of Talent Management</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL CRITERIA</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in business (or 3 additional years of payroll experience in lieu of a degree) strongly preferred</li>
<li>At least 3 years of work experience in payroll processing required</li>
<li>HCM and payroll systems experience required; UKG experience a plus</li>
<li>Strong computer skills and knowledge of Word and Excel required; demonstrated payroll software knowledge strongly preferred</li>
<li>Possess good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to time manage and maintain the ability to work well with all levels of the organization</li>
<li>Ability to work with and maintain confidential documents and information</li>
<li>Self-motivated individual that requires minimal supervision</li>
<li>Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good presentation skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English</li>
<li>This position is fully on-site at Corporate office in Brookfield, WI</li>

<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to sit for up to 4 hours at a time.</li>
<li>Ability to work on a computer for up to 4 hours at a time</li>
</ul>

<ul>
