You will:
- Support the end-to-end payroll process for employees across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely payments;
- Collect and consolidate payroll data from various sources, including accountants and HR databases;
- Review and verify payroll inputs, such as hours worked, bonuses, deductions, and benefits, ensuring compliance with local regulations;
- Respond to employees’ payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly and professionally;
- Contribute to the development and improvement of payroll policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy;
- Prepare payroll reports and analyses as requested by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- At least one year of experience in payroll processing or a related role;
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables;
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously;
- Ability to handle confidential financial and personal information with discretion;
- Fluency in English is required.
