Purpose:
Provide customer service to our drivers and coordinate company/lease driver payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
Essential Job Functions:
- Enter miscellaneous and standard deductions into driver settlements system.
- Enter non-invoice payments into driver settlement system.
- Sort and bar code backup for settlements.
- Process company driver payroll
- Process comdata wire weekly for payroll and accounts payable.
- File comcheck receipts.
- Scan payroll backup.
- Responsible for issuing comdata cards to drivers and related administrative responsibilities related to Comdata.
- Evaluate and sort emails daily.
- Support lease payroll.
- Take phone calls as needed to assist drivers and CSC’s.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Carries out duties assigned by the Driver payroll/Settlements Supervisor as required.
Minimum Qualifications for Considerations:
- High School Education or equivalent. Payroll processing experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Paycom experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Computer skills (Microsoft word ,excel & outlook)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-starter with detail oriented work habits
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Display professional demeanor
- Good interpersonal skills; able to work well with wide range of individuals
- Demonstrate dependability through good attendance, punctuality and adherence to timelines and schedules

Physical Requirements:
- Sitting for long periods of time, walking, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual activity.
