The Payroll Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services across multiple countries. This role focuses on payroll processing, employee data administration, reporting, and compliance while partnering with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure smooth payroll operation.

Responsibilities
  • Process payroll accurately and on time across multiple countries and payroll cycles.
  • Review and validate payroll inputs, employee changes, benefits, taxes, and statutory deductions.
  • Manage off-cycle payrolls, corrections, final payments, and special payouts.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare payroll reports, statutory filings, and supporting documentation.
  • Perform payroll reconciliations and investigate payroll discrepancies.
  • Support internal and external audits and maintain payroll controls.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors to resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee data.
  • Contribute to process improvements and payroll-related projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in payroll administration and payroll processing.
  • Experience in Polish payroll, including taxation, social security (ZUS), labor law requirements, and statutory reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, benefits administration, and payroll legislation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
  • Experience with payroll reporting and reconciliations.
  • Experience with payroll systems; 
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
