Growth creates opportunity! We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-minded professional to join our growing Finance team as a Payroll Specialist. In this role, you'll:
Process accurate and timely payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple states.
Partner with the Corporate Payroll Manager to ensure payroll is completed efficiently and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Maintain payroll records, PTO balances, garnishments, and employee payroll data with exceptional accuracy.
Assist with payroll reporting, audits, year-end processing, and benefits reconciliations.
Help maintain the integrity of our payroll and HRIS systems while identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Perform quality checks to ensure payroll and benefits information is accurate and complete.
Support payroll-related projects and provide outstanding internal customer service to employees across the organization.

5+ years of payroll processing experience supporting a 100+ employee organization.
Experience processing multi-state payroll and working within an HRIS/payroll system.
Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail with a natural auditing mindset.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent payroll experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
