Position Summary

Job Description

  • Process and reconcile multiple bi-weekly payrolls in a timely manner; coordinating additional payrolls as needed.
  • Maintain payroll records for wage garnishments, 401k and other benefit deductions.
  • Process and payment of non-standard wages: commissions, bonuses, expense reimbursements, relocation.
  • Create reports using ADP Workforce Now Reporting Tools and MS Excel.
  • Support Equity compensation vesting and exercise processing.
  • Support audit process for both internal and external auditors.
  • High level of integrity and maturity essential due to sensitive nature of the information.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recommend solutions to improve payroll processing function.
  • Follow-up on tax filing or payroll problems.
  • Reconcile bi-weekly taxes and benefit amounts to ensure seamless receipts
  • Reconcile quarterly and annual tax reporting as well as year-end W-2s.
  • Assist employees with payroll inquiries.
  • Timekeeping system maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

High School diploma and 3+ years experience required

Years of Related Experience

  • 3+ years of processing payroll in the United States and Canada
  • 3+ years of processing high volume payroll (1000+ employees)
  • Experience processing payroll within ADP WFN
  • Past experience has demonstrated a high level of integrity and maturity

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Detail oriented, organized and able to communicate across functional departments.
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, positive attitude and high integrity.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite and internet based applications.
  • Work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Team player
