Responsibilities:
• Workday research and manual entry
• Test execution within Workday
• Workday data entry
• ADP SmartCompliance research and downloading records
• Upload tax documents onto SmartCompliance portal (such as agency notifications, POA paperwork, etc.)
• Research agency out of balances
• Workday reporting, payroll controls/validations
• Balancing quarterly and annual tax jurisdiction, processing’s and filings
• Daily, weekly auditing of tax elections
• Balancing W-2's
• Preparing W-2c's
• Analyze documents to determine action to be taken on daily mail
• Maintaining logs/records
• Researching employee and agency inquiries
• Completion of ad hoc projects and tasks, as required
• Responding to HR or employee inquiries on the HR Central portal
• Participate in internal and external audits when requested
• Perform several advanced excel calculations in order to assist with required balancing after each weekly/biweekly payroll processing to ensure taxation is set up correctly within Workday

Qualifications:
Minimum three years relevant work experience with Associates degree required OR five years relevant work experience with no degree required
Systems experience, preferably Workday & ADP SmartCompliance strongly preferred.
Good time management and prioritization skills strongly preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills strongly preferred.
Payroll or Accounting Qualification preferred.
Good organizational skills preferred.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Shift: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm EST
