In this job you will:

  • Support Managers with client Strada engagement ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time
  • Provide support and guidance for all implementations and go-lives
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of the Client Solution workbook. As well as updating, maintaining and enforcing of documented processes, such as the Defined Work Instructions (DWI). And support the review of the Statement of Works before its shared with the Client to ensure its fit for purpose
  • Responsible for the resolution of Technical/Functional issues escalated from the team. You will ensure that all system issues are reported correctly and tickets are logged with the necessary details to support their solution.
  • Responsible for the management of the legislation roadmap and ensuring the team are upskilled in upcoming changes, and that processes are updated when needed. You will also support the Year End processes.

In this role success will measured on such things as         

  • Reduction of client escalations through knowledge transfer to both the client and payroll team
  • Adherence to all Security and Compliance procedures, and quality standards
  • 100% Attainment of customer SLA agreements
  • Adoption of innovation initiatives

We are looking for you with

  • Strong knowledge of the various inputs and outputs such as third party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits and other key areas that integrate with payroll
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks in the payroll process
  • 3-4 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment
  • Expert knowledge on payroll processes, practices and associated legislation
  • A valid Swedish Bank-ID
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in Swedish and a good level of English
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A willingness to learn, self-going attitude and the ability to work well in teams as well as on your own
  • BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education & experience

It would be a benefit if you have

  • HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred, HrX and Strada Pay
  • Payroll certifications
